To use a Cisco 8800 series phone with CallCore, you need a phone license.
When you purchase this license, you will receive a file: PL-XXXXXXXXXX.cclic
At CallCore Administration → Licensing → Phone Licenses → Upload your .cclic file.
Note: Each license is valid for one Cisco 8800 series phone.
